This workshop is part of the Writing Our Selves series. Past and future topics include estrangement, perimenopause, and motherhood.
Join us on the Autumn Equinox for Writing Loneliness, a 90-minute workshop exploring the balance between solitude and connection as the seasons shift.
In a time where loneliness is called an epidemic, we’re all seeking deeper connections—both with others and within ourselves.
Through guided writing prompts and opportunities to share, we'll explore our own loneliness to see what it can teach us. Together, we’ll work toward moving past the idea of loneliness as a problem solve, while also considering how we might build more connections.
What to expect
The session includes 60 minutes of guided writing prompts, followed by 30 minutes of open time to share your writing or experiences, or ask questions.
There will also be an optional matchmaking service—fill out a questionnaire, and I’ll help connect you with a writing group that suits you.
This workshop is donation-based. Contributions are appreciated but not expected. Your presence is what truly matters.
